LX Live Experience House ("LX", "we") collects only the information you choose to share with us through this site. We process it to do the work you've asked us to do, and nothing else.
What we collect
- Information you provide via our intake forms (brand, role, email, category, timeline, what you wrote in the goal field).
- Information hosts provide via the apply form (name, email, social URLs, brand and format experience).
- Standard server logs (IP, user agent, page visited) handled by our hosting provider Netlify.
What we do with it
- Reply to your intake or application.
- Match brands and hosts internally for our match engine.
- Contact you about LX work you've shown interest in.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for advertising. We don't add you to a marketing list without consent.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to deliver the work you asked about, plus standard backup retention. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing sayhello@lx.house.
Your rights (GDPR / AVG)
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or to limit how we use it. We respond within 30 days. Contact sayhello@lx.house.
